The policies and conditions below are applicable to you upon your accessing this site and or completing the registration and or shopping process. These policies and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by DorezRomae.Com without notice at any time for any reason. By using, registering or purchasing items from this site you are agreeing with all policies and conditions below. If you do not agree with the policies below please do not order from this site.
Returns: Lingerie by Dorez Romae stands behind the quality of every item it sells. It will accept returns for items that were delivered damaged or that were not included in a customer’s order at no charge, subject to the following conditions.
Unless otherwise specified, all claims for defects or damages must be made within fifteen (15) days after the item shipped. Claims on all sequined or beaded garments must be made within (10) business days of the invoice date. Because of health concerns and State & Federal Laws Costumes, Panties, Thongs, Bras, Masks, G-Strings and Wigs or any item that comes in contact with intimate areas of the body or mouth are non returnable or refundable unless they were shipped defective, damaged or became damaged during shipping No Exceptions. "Closeout items" are not subject to return because they are purchased “as is” at a significant discount. Lingerie by Dorez Romae will not accept returns that are not a result of defect or damage incurred during manufacturing or shipping. No claims will be accepted on used goods or on goods damaged after their receipt by the customer. All returns must be authorized in advance.
To obtain authorization, contact customer service at (661) 456-9753. Lingerie by Dorez Romae’s sales representatives are not authorized to approve returns. Goods returned without authorization will be shipped back at the customer’s expense and will not be credited. Upon authorizing a return, Lingerie by Dorez Romae’s customer service department will send a Return Authorization Label to ship the goods at Lingerie by Dorez Romae’s expense. Upon receipt and verification of the return, Lingerie by Dorez Romae will credit the value of the return towards future orders. Authorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Lingerie by Dorez Romae will not refund or reimburse shipping fees because we can not recover fees from the various shipping service providers, No Exceptions. Returns will be processed at the lowest price at which an item was ordered up to the number ordered at that price. For international customers, special instructions may apply. Please ask customer service for assistance.
Designer Brand Name Accessories: All of our "Designer Brand Name Accessories" are: 100% authentic, brand new, come with original packaging and comprehensive two part warranty including a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee: all "Designer Brand Name Accessory Items" purchased from Doreez Romae are guaranteed to be genuine for the life of the item. If for whatever reason you ever find it to be otherwise, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange, forever. This accessory guarantee is for "Designer Brand Name Accessory Items" only and is limited to: Designer Sunglasses, Designer Watches, Designer Scarves and Designer Jewelery located under the "Accessories" category.
Order Cancellations: Order cancellations after (30) thirty minutes from time of purchase will not be accepted.
Example: to California, it takes 2 to 4 business days ground delivery time; going to the southeast coast like Florida, it takes 4-5 business days ground delivery time; to the northeast coast like New York, it takes 5-7 business days ground delivery time. Shoes will take slightly longer.
International Shipping: We now ship to over 240 countries using USPS, Fed-Ex and UPS. Depending on the country delivery time will be between 6 to 15 days After the order is processed and shipped. OVERSEAS ORDERS or Outside of the United States, CUSTOMS/VAT: Check with your country or customs agent to determine what, if any, taxes, duties or restrictions may apply. Shipping costs are not refunded if orders are returned by customs or failed delivery attempts. No refund is given on stolen or confiscated orders. Check with your customs agency to verify our products are allowed into your country from the USA. Retail packaging (boxes) may be removed to reduce the size/weight of your order.
Shipping: Confirmation emails: Emails with tracking information are sent automatically for orders in the USA. Note: Yahoo and Hotmail accounts typically send them to your spam folder. Be sure to ad firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved senders list to insure receipt of our order and shipping confirmation emails.
Back Orders & Substitutions: On rare occasions we may substitute an items style or color for a similar item style or color should the originally ordered item style or color not be in stock. This only applies to garments and footwear. If you do not want a substitute item for any reason, when at checkout on the payments page simply enter "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" in the "Your Comments" box above. We will then notify you that the item is out of stock. You will then have (6) options: 1). To back order the item. 2). To request a substitute item of your choice. 3). Allow us to select the closest substitute styles and ship the order. 4). Receive a store credit for the out of stock item. 5). Receive a full refund. 6). You may also continue to wait for the back ordered item. WARNING: If you do not ad "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" to the "your comments box" above, out of stock items will automatically be back ordered with our manufactures and no refunds or order cancellations will be permitted after thirty minutes from the time of purchase. No Exceptions.
